Currently IVOX VRF systems (via the CSP-D175-01P central controller) and CAREL kVent+ air handling units. Both use open industrial protocols — BACnet/IP and Modbus TCP. More integrations are on the roadmap, and new equipment can be added as a driver without changing the platform.

Yes — a small edge agent device is installed on-site and connects to your existing HVAC and VRF controllers. Setup typically takes a few hours, not weeks. For the Managed plan the agent sends data to our cloud; for On-Premise everything stays on your server.

No inbound connections are ever made into your building. The on-site edge agent makes outbound-only connections to the cloud — no open firewall ports, no VPN, no exceptions. Even if the cloud goes offline, your equipment keeps running and the agent buffers data locally.

Yes. The data model and dashboard are identical across both deployment modes. If your requirements change, we can migrate you to On-Premise without losing history or reconfiguring your equipment.

For most sites, the edge agent is installed and the dashboard is live within a day. We handle the technical setup — you just need someone to give us brief access to the plant room. Hotels and larger sites with many controllers may take slightly longer.
